Hired Attorney Caroline G. Donato

I would NOT recommend this attorney for a criminal case. I would not recommend this attorney for a criminal case. $3,500 Down the Drain - She Works Out of GREED! My charges are as described by Caroline, her reply via email. She states It’ll be reflected in the indictment, but here are the remaining charges we’ll address at the trial court: 1 Count: 18 PaCSA 6111(g)(4)(ii) (F3) 1 Count: 18 PaCSA 4904 (M3) Also, 2 counts of 18 PaCSA 6105 (F2) and 1 count 18 PaSCA 4904 (M3) were withdrawn.

I'm sorry to read this. I was happy to get three serious charges withdrawn at your Preliminary Hearing. I was looking forward to resolving the last two charges at the Trial Court level, had I been given the chance. I wish you well moving forward.
