I have used ALG for dealership Buy and Sells. I have found them to be very thorough, diligent and highly knowledgeable in this area. I have used ALG for dealership environmental issues, workman's compensation agreements and disputes, creating an employee hand book, cyber protection plans, Attorney General disputes, analyzing and interpreting auto manufactures franchise agreements and consumer law issues.
