Marc put together a living trust for me and was very careful to explain everything about the trust to me as we made the required decisions. The final document is very well crafted and presented in an understandable manner (yes, I read every word of it). Our follow up meeting to correct a couple of birthdates was very easy as well. Marc also crafted a 'life partner' agreement for my partner and me. It was something unique, but he did a good job covering both my interests and hers very careful

Marc Carlson of Carlson Law Office provided a great service for us. Marc prepared a Revocable Living Trust for our family and he did a great job of explaining and outlining the provisions of the trust and how it all worked. He offered many different suggestions as to how to best structure the document and spent a lot of time making sure we understood how it all worked and what our options were. Estate planning is very complicated, and in my case I knew very little about what was involved. I needed someone to guide me through the process of putting together a plan that suited my needs (to include having a plan that was comprehendible.) Following Mr. Carlson's well-defined process, in just a few effective meetings I had the plan that I was looking for. After it was developed, and as I reviewed it, Mr. Carlson remained very helpful in providing clarification and answers to my questions.
