There are so many things to consider when establishing a Trust or Will. Marc led me through the process in a way that helped me be comfortable with my decisions. Marc put together a living trust for me and was very careful to explain everything about the trust to me as we made the required decisions. The final document is very well crafted and presented in an understandable manner (yes, I read every word of it). Our follow up meeting to correct a couple of birthdates was very easy as well. Marc also crafted a 'life partner' agreement for my partner and me. It was something unique, but he did a good job covering both my interests and hers very careful

Marc prepared a Revocable Living Trust for our family and he did a great job of explaining and outlining the provisions of the trust and how it all worked. Estate planning is very complicated, and in my case I knew very little about what was involved. I needed someone to guide me through the process of putting together a plan that suited my needs (to include having a plan that was comprehendible.)
