My name is Jason W. Swindle Sr. and I exclusively handle criminal defense/DUI cases in the West Georgia and Metro Atlanta area. WE HAVE OFFICES IN CARROLLTON AND DOUGLASVILLE. I represent clients charged with traffic violations, DUI, drug offenses, violent crimes, theft crimes, and murder. I also handle criminal appeals in the Georgia appellate courts. Jason Swindle is an excellent attorney that seeks the absolute best out come for his clients. Jason is able to accomplish these outcomes by creating and maintaining a superior relationship with prosecutors, judges and law enforcement officials in the area in which he practices. As my attorney he always reassured me that everything was going to be alright and remained in constant contact throughout my case. I received the best possible out come for my case, all to the credit of Jason.

Jason Swindle is the best criminal defense defense attorney I have ever hired. He kept my family and I informed on any issues regarding my case. I feel like Mr. Swindle had my best interest at heart. He saved me from a prison sentence, and got me the substance treatment I needed. I would recommended him 1st and foremost over any attorney I know.

. He is a great listener. He listened first and then asked questions. Then he laid out the plan of action for my case. He advised me on what I needed to do, he told me what he was going to do, what the result of our acting would be, and elaborated on the possible outcomes of the case. It gave me the feeling of us as a team working towards a common goal. For me, this meant everything to me in this situation because I knew he was not just working on my behalf, but fighting with me.I highly recommend him.

Convinced me not to get out on bond. Stayed in county for 9 months. Was reindicted after 3 months. Ended up taking a crazy long plea deal. He threatened to quit, I should have fired him.
