My name is Jason W. Swindle Sr. and I exclusively handle criminal defense/DUI cases in the West Georgia and Metro Atlanta area. WE HAVE OFFICES IN CARROLLTON AND DOUGLASVILLE. The exemplary service that the Swindle Law Firm portrayed towards my fiancé and I goes unmatched. My fiancé was facing a maximum of 30 years in prison and with the help of Mr. Swindle and Associates he'll be coming home in a year with probation. When my husband was wrongfully arrested over a situation a overzealous police officer blew out of proportion, we turned to Jason Swindle,He

Jason recently completed the case involving my son where the DA's Office had an initial offer of 30 years. Jason’s diligence and competence over the course many sessions was able to reduce the final outcome to probation. Thanks to Jason and all his efforts my son has another chance to live a normal life. Jason did an excellent job of representing my grandson. I was involved in pretrial discussions, saw all testimony as an indirect client. He presented a clear defense that was fully understandable to the jury. The jury realized that what had happened was an accident without criminal intent. The jury quickly found my grandson not guilty. Jason handled the legal technicalities portion of the trial as well as the subtle manner of eliciting the truth in a highly professional and ethical manner.
