Very non responsive. Asked repeatedly for requests and never got a response. I had to follow up. Knowledgeable but overwhelmed.
I visited with Mary K. Wisehart Phillips today for a one hr consultation for the cost of $100.00 , of the 60 minutes allotted I actually received 32 minutes of her being in the room , that balance of my one hr was spent sitting in a conference room alone why she was consulting with other attorneys ( wink wink ) what a farce . Be prepared to sit humble and be meek in her presence while she explains the law as she interprets it as an expert in case precedent . Matters of truth or fact are of no concern to her due to her vast knowledge of family law and the ability to second guess what Judges will or won't do without the aid of a crystal ball or sixth sense ... So I left $100.00 poorer and without representation because I challenged her. Never challeng a self professed legal expert with lower gnarly teeth sipping on her $20.00 paper cup full of coffee . I was there for consultation and representation if I chose her firm but I was told no attorneys were available to take my case
