Doan Law Firm, LLP is a law firm with an office in Carlsbad, CA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, elder abuse & neglect and 15 other areas of law.
There are MANY bankruptcy firms with lower fees but we went with Doan due to their promise to aggressively seek damages from any creditor who violates a Cease & Desist Order in violation of Bankruptcy Law. We had one creditor who demanded payment of a debt that had been included in our bankruptcy 5 TIMES over a 5 MONTH period of time, AFTER acknowledging receipt of a Cease and Desist order, but after over 12 calls, letters and emails, Doan REFUSED to take ANY action at all against this creditor!
The did the job but shifted me from representative to representative. Communications were poor. Seemed like I did more work than they did.
I had turned in all paperwork Oct 09, when I call to find out what was going on with my bankruptcy in Jan 2010 they had all new staff! Paperwork had not been filed or even worked on. This was the La Mesa, CA office.
