reckless driving down to speeding, very professional and straight to the point. I didnt even have to show up in person since it was outside the district i lived in, I would recommend this lawyer as his rates matched or were more fair than that were offered by other firms

Overall, I am very satisfied as a client of Tucker's, and he won my desired outcome. Communication could have been more intentional, but for what I needed Tucker did a great job, and when I called the office I always had someone to talk to.

Looking at all the five star ratings I feel like the odd man out. I was initially super pleased with Tucker. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, insightful, and knows his territory well. But after winning my case (thanks for that) and agreeing to look into a follow-up expungement procedure, he no longer took my endless calls, texts and e-mails all with the same tired question: “will you take my case?” When I was finally able to reach him he was clearly annoyed and implied he was too busy to answer this extremely simple question. This as if I enjoyed spending my own time leaving countless messages. Worse, after finally agreeing to take my case and committing to sending me a quote, he didn’t. I even offered to pay him twice his hourly wage. The entire situation was truly bizarre and I’ve never experienced anything like it.
