Overall, excellent, and very fast service. However, some constructive criticism is in order. Details, such as WHEN someone is eligible to apply for loan modifications post bankruptcy, or refinancing were a bit hazy. The times that these applications can be sought should be more carefully and accurately spelled out before the client goes through with the bankruptcy. It just makes post planning much easier since one knows exactly what to expect, and exactly when.

I didn't shop around for lawyers before picking this firm, so I feel I paid a little much. After the first day of information gathering, and the trip to the trustee, I never heard from them until the end when I had questions. Thought the fee for this kind of service was a bit much.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
