A most unscrupulous lawyer, i have the displeasure of having him represent the defendant in s small claims court matter. His bullying, threats and intimidation tactics are so outrageous I had no choice but to file an ethics complaint with the Law Society of Ontario (# CAS-160085-Q4P5B9). A most underwhelming lawyer who besmirches the reputation of the many hard working ethical lawyers in Ontario.
I contacted Mr Holland for some civil litigation work. He never followed up with the opposing attorney, and after out initial meeting, I only spoke with his secretary who always gave me a lecture on how busy he was, and it was impossible for him to know about my individual case, but she would look into it. After a few months, I gave up and found another firm that knows who I am when I telephone with updates or concerns.
