Jenkins Marzban Logan LLP is a law firm established in 1994 with an office in Vancouver, BC. At this office location, there are 20 lawyers practicing construction law, family law, builders liens and 8 other areas of law.
Worked with many construction lawyers over the years at various top tier GCs; without a doubt Mike is the best construction lawyer I have ever encountered. His advice is sound, logical and his attention to detail is without challenge. He has incredibly fair and reasonable billing practices, and understands the nuances of construction better than even some Project Managers. He is firm but works to deescalate rather than inflame claims situations. He has earned my and many of my colleagues’ trust time and time again.

He agreed to a settlement without my verbal or written consent, and he has done this to multiple clients, it is illegal, but he claims that it is our signature, when it is in fact not. I have lost about 6 figures in my personal injury case because he wanted to get quick cash and sacrifice my case so he can get money NOW.
Rosemary Gallo is not recommended. Her inexperience is obvious. Her representation is poor quality. She does not act with her clients best interest in mind
Accepted a settlement in my case without even consulting me. Cost me thousands. Has done this to other people. Terrible lawyer.

I paid for Mr. Marzban's services to conduct mediation in my divorce case. I provided all documents ahead of time, was able to answer all of his questions quickly during mediation and supplied spreadsheets and formulas to support my answers. My not yet ex-husband did not supply all of the requested documents ahead of time, sent a confusing and incorrect division of assets list minutes before the meeting and scrawled numbers on paper during mediation, with no supporting documents. Mr. Marzban, during mediation, informed me that my ex was reasonable and a good businessman. Huh? Mr. Marzban made recommendations during mediation, all in favour of my ex, and showed him how he could reduce what was owed to me. All of these changes were to items that my ex had proposed. None of them were requests that I had initiated. Bottom line - Use Mr. Marzban if you are a man, RUN if you are a woman.
