Hired Attorney Neal H. Roth

We have found Neal to be very dependable and reliable. We have dealt with him for over 25 years and are have great confidence that he will look after us well and represent our interests professionally and vigourously. Neal has a great depth of experience especially with regard to construction and property law. He has always been extremely thorough in dealing with our issues. Hired Attorney Neal H. Roth

Being a Mediator, I have read a lot of lawsuits for many different types of cases. Neal's lawsuit was one of the clearest I have ever read. It was refreshing to read a legal document without legalize to confuse the readers. Just our facts put in logical order; and that's the way Neal works. He is a good, honest, no nonsense attorney and very kind as well.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
