Today most lawyers send out some boilerplate and you work from there. Drafts go back and forth via email - forever. Doing my second will was much easier. Jordan and his firm developed a software program where he takes you through all the possibilities, gathers all the information, and produces a simple summary of the will along with estimates of the numbers, right down to probate and capital gains taxes. Only then does he produce a draft. He's a pleasure to deal with. And it's great to meet a lawyer who's entered the 21st century. I have recommended him to several friends. I will continue to do so.
