Early on in my concussion/TBA journey — resulting from an MVA — someone on my medical team suggested I contact Ross Kaplan. I hired Ross after an auto accident. that I had been injured in. He was very compassionate and understanding. He and Suzanne, who is the backbone, worked very hard and went over and above what I had expected.
