If you see or hear this Lawyer! Run! Or contact me! I'll dealmwith him for you!lol "I had a negative experience with Lawyer B.M. Hayes, who is employed by Barriston Law in Barry, Ontario. As a friend of a defendant in a civil estate litigation case, I was asked to assist in the case, but was disappointed with Lawyer B.M. Hayes' conduct. He filed an application for direction without any supporting documentation or reliable evidence, and his client filed a fraudulent sworn affidavit that was a personal attack on not only the defendant, but also myself. Additionally, it appears that Lawyer B.M. Hayes filed an affidavit without notifying his client, which is a serious breach of professional and ethical obligations. After this experience, I sent a demand letter to Lawyer B.M. Hayes, proposing that his client withdraw the case and offer to pay damages in order to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, Lawyer B.M. Hayes responded by calling me and screaming at me on the phone before hanging up.
A waste of money stay away from this guy. Wastes time does absolutely nothing in over a year. Knows money coming from his buddy he recommended for mother in law yet decides to try and hurt his client who fired him. I haven't had dealings with them but know someone who just got a notice from CB. BARRISTON LAW particularly David Harris Lowe are fraudulent billing from 6k jumps to 8k with no paper accounting and he was fired by client for doing nothing absolutely nothing. I think Credit Bureau should investigate these claims before demand when the lawyer has not submitted billing. Trying to hurt someone by ruining credit you could end up with nothing David. Smarten up you idiot.
