7 years since my Mother passed and the trust is still not settled. It was handled before Mom passed by Marion Brown working at this firm. There miss handling has cost the trust over $500,000 in fees and is still not settled. Today is 9/11/2014
Mom passed 12/7/2007.... There was only 5 items in this trust, family home, commercial building, TIC property, stock, cash. Neither Brown of the firm take any responsibility, and demanded their money. That should speak volumes to you hiring them.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
