I have a complicated inter - State matter that I consulted The Venzon Law Firm about. The attorney I spoke with was an expert regarding New York law pertaining to Divorce/Custody. There is a small fee for their time - but the information I was given was worth 1000 times the small fee I paid. These guys and girls are the real deal and at the top of their field in no nonsense, professional, legal representation and advice. Forget the rest these people are the best.

I retained this firm a few years ago. I am out of state and needed their assistance as my child lives in Buffalo. Horrible job. Went to their office; sent them a retainer; sent them more money and nothing happened. Paid another firm $500 three years later and it the issue went to court and was resolved with money coming back to me. Crazy.
Chad embarrassed me in Family Court arguing with the Honorable Magistrates. Instead of working with the ultimate Judge that would help my cause, he hard argued for no reason at all. He seemed juvenile and petty and I was very embarrassed that even my opposing counsel and party had something to say about the showboating in Family Court all on his account.
Venzon Law Firm represented me in my divorce proceedings years ago. The terms of my settlement referred to a date that recently passed. I have called and emailed numerous time asking for some clarification. They have ignored my emails and are dodging my calls for about two months now. The one response that I did get was an ambiguous explaination of what the strategy was at the time when what I asked for was an explaination of what it said. When I call I am told that I will get a return call that never comes. It seems that once you pay your bill you are on your own. They do not take responsibility for the agreements that they write and charge you dearly for. I am considering hiring another lawyer to go after the lawer that I hired and paid to get an explaination of what they wrote. Actually, the contract that I did get was a terrible cut and paste job. They had to cross out and correct who to write the check to.
Totally worthless as an attorney. Unprofessional and incompetent and that's putting it nicely.
