After meeting initially with my lawyer (Mr. Pusatier) over 95% of my other communication was directly with my paralegal (Betty Stock), this helped establish a close connection and great communication which moved things forward, both rapidly and highly efficiently. I never found myself providing information or explaining things more than just one time. My case lasted only about 6 months and I even received a generous check in the mail refunding a portion of their fees.
The staff at the office was excellent. The were professional and compassionate at a difficult time in my life. If I had a question, the staff answered it immediately and professionally.
