Hired Attorney Robert Miklos Esq.

Robert Miklos came through for my family in a great time of need. My father, who was a 40 year civil servant, was moved to a rehabilitation center following a major medical procedure. After an incredibly short stay, the insurance company stopped coverage without explanation or cause. Robert came in on our behalf with great tenacity and fought for a proper stay for my father's recovery. This was seen with the numerous letters, phone calls, and in-person representation that he immediately provided

 
Failure to Diagnose

Honestly, this is a really great place. Most lawyers promise you a millions of dollars and never deliver and virtually never call you back. I worked with other lawyers before for four years. I’m the same case, I heard back from them maybe a month after reaching out and would know absolutely nothing about what’s going on except to let me know that I had to come in for a day or two notice. Catherine is phenomenal. Joe is truly great too. Every one there does what’s needed. Catherine and Joe are exceptionally knowledgeable, experienced and genuinely care. They tell you how it is, they don’t promise you the moon and never deliver. They also get back to you right away, sometimes even within minutes rather than days or weeks. Did I get millions, no. But I’m content with them and ok with the award. Hopefully, you never need them. When you do, you will be glad they are in your corner. Thank you.

Robert Miklos was successful with my medical malpractice law suit against a doctor that was apart of very large medical group. He took the time to personally inform and explain to me all the very complex aspects of my case.
