Jessica handled our citizenship application (for a husband and wife). Everything was flawless and effortless on our part. I worked with Jessica on my green card case through my wife. I had a complicated case because I previously had a J-1 visa, and some of my documents said I was subject to 212(e), which meant I would have to go home for 2 years before I could get my papers. A few attorneys told me I could not file, and a few told me I could, so I didn’t know what to do. Jessica explained that first we would need a letter from the US State Deportment and she got this letter for me. This gave us the missing piece and I was able to file for my greencard last year.
