We have known and been clients of Meredith's since 2001. We first met her because she was recommended by my best friend (a lawyer, too). We have worked closely with her on three Manhattan deals - the purchase of an apt, its sale and the purchase of another. We have also consulted her on other matters & recommended her to others. She's absolutely terrific and makes us always feel comfortable despite having to deal with the scary, complicated world of Manhattan real estate. Absolutely first-class.
