This most recent transaction presented me with several difficult decisions and Raj was always willing to discuss them, often providing a perceptive and astute perspective that I had not considered. Of utmost importance, Raj makes it a point to listen patiently to everything you have to say.
He consistently copied me on all correspondence and promptly kept me informed of the status of matters. Notably, Raj did not relegate matters to a paralegal, which in one past transaction handled by a different attorney’s paralegal proved to quash the deal of a nearly full price offer on the sale of my property, ultimately resulting in the loss of a $47,000.00 unrealized gain due to the failed deal. Raj stays on top of matters and I have absolutely no doubt this previous failed deal would not have needlessly fallen apart if Raj had represented me in that sale.
I always felt Raj interacted with me and counseled me as if I were a family member or a close friend. I would not hesitate for one second to ask him to represent me again in any future legal matter—I regard myself as his client for life.
