I was seeking assistance regarding documentation associated with WBE certification. I worked with Susan G. Parker and Jacqueline Johansen. Both were professional, responsive (in a timely manner) to all of my questions, and provided me with the quality documents I required.. I was also impressed by attention that was paid to follow-up through phone conversations and emails. The firm took a personal interest in me which is a characteristic that is difficult to find in other legal firms.
I found Susan by accident looking for an Elder Attorney. I needed a new will, health care proxy, power of attorney documents and trust establishment. Susan was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained every aspect to me in great detail and made me feel very comfortable with decisions I made. She is very easy to work with.. It took a while to get the documents but, that had to do with outside documents she had to wait for. I would certainly use her again.
