Merritt, Webb, Wilson & Caruso, PLLC is a law firm established in 1982 with an office in Brentwood, TN. At this office location, there are 9 lawyers practicing civil litigation, criminal law, federal practice and 14 other areas of law.
I was very pleased with the services given by the above law firm and would highly recommend them for legal matters. They were prompt and efficient in taking care of the problem. They wrote a detailed letter to the collection company to cease and desist all further contact. I was no longer bothered by calls or letters from the collection agency. I was able to take care of the problem through a short phone call and a few e-mails.

I got hurt at work on the job in Cary. And I got Joey Wilson and Sherry as my attorney and paralegal and they ARE AWESOME. Sherry was always calling me to make sure I got to my appointments and that I was getting my checks and to make sure that i had my mediation and it went as smoothly as possible. AND when I went to go have my surgery done they sent me flowers and even my wife didn't give me flowers! I love Sherry and Joey and if anyone gets hurt or anything they need 2 go 2 these people/
Good value for the money, but sometimes I get the feel that the customer service representatives, while not rude, are somewhat unprofessional. As a Pre-Paid Legal member, I sometimes feel as though I'm on a virtual assembly line and the attorneys aren't as inclined to think out of the box. I think the firm's good for basic legal matters.
