James Lynch assisted me in settling an estate, there had been issues with the executor. I live in Vermont not Florida, all of our contact was through the phone. He was always very responsive and understood my frustration. My only regret was that we did not get the opportunity to meet in person. The estate is finally settled and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Kim was a pleasure to work with. The litigation was vexatious, in my view seeking to extract a settlement that was underserved. Kim was stalwart, tough and relentless. The facts were on our side. The other side used abusive tactics intended to make the case painful so we’d pay off. But we stuck to it. Kim didn’t let the bad guys get away with anything. She came prepared everyday, both for the law and the tactics. At the end, we resolved the case very favorably and even though I could tell she wanted to beat the pants off our opponent, she gave us the best advice to pay a small settlement and put it behind us.
