We have been working with Jeff since April 2019 on a difficult accident case which has presented us with many challenges. Jeff has been wonderful at working out strategies to get what we need, done! He is communicative, responsive, patient, caring and works hard for his clients! I highly recommend Jeff!

I have been very satisfied and well served by Jeff Tierney who has represented me in litigation and in an out-of-court mediation. Jeff was knowledgeable about the law and conducted thorough research which he used to effectively support my position and neutralize the opposing party's. Jeff demonstrated resourcefulness and ingenuity in reviewing and analyzing the options available and identifying 'down-the-road issues. I m not familiar with all the legal terms and procedures, but Jeff was always respectful and considerate when communicating (email, verbal) the status on my case. I had several questions and Jeff would answer them promptly. Most to time it was within one day. Our experience with Jeff Tierney has been extremely positive. From our first conversation with him, we were confident that he listened to everything we said. He communicates very precisely, and that is a quality that we value in an attorney. We never felt that he was disinterested in our viewpoint. My son and I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Tierney a few years ago and feel lucky to have had him and his firm represent us in a case against BDH. Though Jeff was the youngest on our team of attorneys, he displayed a keen sense of maturity and wisdom. Jeff showed great composure under stress as well as compassion and respect for his heartbroken clients. I was particularly impressed with his brilliant, quick thinking mind and his quiet and polite demeanor in the courtroom and at the office. And, to be honest I think the judge in our case appreciated those aspects in him as well. Jeff will go far in his career and likely could go Anywhere, USA. To have this bright attorney right here in Bozeman MT is an asset to his firm and to our community.

Hired Attorney Jeffrey Tierney

I have had the privilege of working with Attorney Tierney concerning issues that I was experiencing as the secretary/treasurer at the West Park Condominium HOA. We were having difficulties with a member of the Board. West Park Condominiums are one of the few affordable homes within the City of Bozeman. The work that Jeff Tierney did was pro bono. Working with Attorney Tierney was a pleasure. He is professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the timeliness of all his responses. This was particularly impressive knowing the HOA was not in the position to reimburse him for his work. Personal attacks and litigation can be particularly stressful. It was such a relief to know the HOA and I were in good hands. Attorney Tierney truly is a "Counselor at Law."

Hired Attorney Kyle William Nelson

Kyle recently represented me in a lawsuit I filed. A complicated land sale that included bankruptcy. The sale was set up erroneously by another firm. Kyle worked tirelessly through the case, which took considerable time. He always showed a clear understanding of the process and was able to inform me completely. Never did I feel alone or mislead. He had a good grasp of all details even though most of our communications were by telephone. The case was settled before trial, to our advantage.

Hired Attorney Kyle William Nelson

I am writing this review from the standpoint of both a client and a lawyer. In my capacity of a lawyer I advised a neighborhood group needing to institute a major environmental judicial review of the need for a lawyer, other than me, with expertise in environmental litigation. As a potential petitioner in the case I could not be the lawyer. My search led me to Kyle and his law firm. Kyle has done an excellent job in this very complicated case. He has dug into the thousands of pages of facts and complex laws, regulations, and cases to select the best issues on which to focus. And he has encouraged me and other members of the group to give him information about the case and to critique his work. At oral argument before the judge he displayed excellent advocacy skills and impressive knowledge of the facts and law. I am pleased to give Kyle Nelson a grade A review.

Hired Attorney Kyle William Nelson

Kyle did a great job on a complicated road easement case. Instead of following the tired and true approach for a case of this type (which would have ended in a drawn out court case), he was able to think out of the box and find recent case law that allowed us to prevail in summary judgement. Opposing counsel never saw Kyle's innovative approach coming! Not only did we prevail in the case, he used clever arguments to win a fee judgement that allowed me to recoup the majority of my legal expenses. Kyle possesses a great mix of legal skills, disarming personality, and Marine toughness to get the job done.

During our litigation the opposing side acted intolerably yet Jeff represented us with a calm demeanor, never allowing himself (or, more importantly, US) to descend to the level the opposing counsel operated at.
