When my husband and learned that we had the opportunity to complete a private interstate adoption,Virginia was one of the very first people we spoke with for advice on this complicated process. She gladly took time out of her day-before any contract was signed-to just talk to us about how ICPC (Interstate Child Protection Compact) adoptions work . In an ICPC private adoption, you really need an attorney to represent you as well as facilitate the process. We recommend her whole-heartedly!

I have found Virginia Frank to be extremely knowledgeable and passionate concerning private Adoption and Infertility Law. This is a very unique and specialized area of the law. Therefore, it is extremely critical to hire an attorney who not only knows the laws surrounding this specific area but one whom will uphold them throughout the process. Virginia is easy to communicate with and has a number of resources and compassion she offers her clients. I highly recommend utilizing her services.

She was great.. Her service was great conserving we were in Ky and she was in Oklahoma. The additional services she offervices for her clients are amazing. Example we paid to use her social worker at the hospital if was a relief to have her with use durning our adoption.
