Paul Nardulli is the President and CEO of Optima Law Group where he provides strategic counsel to emerging and well-established companies in the areas of corporate formation and maintenance, complex contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, business transactions, intellectual property protection, trademark prosecution with the USPTO, mergers, acquisitions, private placements and securities compliance. He uses his deep transactional experience to carry out integrated legal strategies to increase value for companies across many sectors. Mr. Nardulli has spent time professionally in Europe where he attended business school and in Hong Kong where he worked in the legal department for AIG. He has also worked closely in the San Diego community at the University of San Diego Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he provided pro bono legal services to entrepreneurs desiring to start or expand a business.
In his free time, Mr. Nardulli enjoys supporting animal rescue organizations and traveling.
