Bill Kessler has been providing my company with accurate, on-time service at a fair price for several years. He has always provided prompt and effective solutions. You can expect top notch caliber from him every time. He most recently executed a large stock buy-back transaction for me. It was done exactly right, on-schedule, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Many lawyers just don’t practice law anymore. Seems like the bar association has set the “bar” very low because this law firm has some pretty incompetent and ineffective representation. Not to mention any names but Lisa Do needs to be re-evaluated. Steer clear.

Part of Dimitra's response to my Google review..."My managing partner also forward to me your reviews on Google this morning. I am sorry you feel so hateful towards our office when all we wanted to do was help and provide the best resources possible. You mention money a lot - none of our communications or my time since our one meeting was "billed." I was doing this to help you, not to make money. It is a shame that now your reviews will stop others from reaching out to us, when we help hundreds of families a year go through very challenging times." While this is just my interpretation/opinion, her response here comes off as gaslighting and defensiveness, as if she tried to guilt me into removing reviews. She and the firm don't communicate respectfully or timely, and other reviews indicate the same.

Dimitra Scott handled our open adoption. Dimitra was judgmental in person, and promised to follow up with information we requested at that appointment which was October 2023. Since then her legal assistant Andrea has ignored all our requests for follow ups, and Dimitra after apologizing has ignored us since then too. Terrible communication and lack of respect for their clients. Money hungry scammers is how they appear - being responsive at first but dismissive after getting our business.
