Unprofessional, empty promises, waste of time and money. I had concerns about the lawyer, Elena Pavlou, at the firm, and Matthew Kidd would not even address my concerns directly. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. Lawyer would cancel phone meetings at last minute, call an hour late, never follow through. Felt very disrespected.
