What can I say about Attorney Seaver, well I will say hands down he is one of the best DCF lawyers in MA. Attorney Seaver starting working on my case immediately kept me in the loop with everything. He helped me win against the DCF department and I know he can certainly help you. I will also say he cares deeply for all the families he works for. He goes above and beyond his duties as an attorney, he calls just to check up on you to make sure you’re doing ok, now what attorney does that for you. He’s there for you 24/7 he puts your mind at ease in every way possible. So, if you get caught up in DCF, then call Kevin. You will not regret calling him!!

The DCF blindsided our family. We called Attorney Seaver's office on a Saturday and expected to leave a message but instead ended up speaking to Kevin for an hour that day. He passionately and thoroughly explained what we were up against, and we hired him right away. Throughout the process always responded to our questions immediately. He was involved in every call and visit from DCF. His team was friendly and accommodating. Ultimately, DCF ended its involvement with our family quickly. We owe this to Kevin and his team. All I can say is WOW!! Very professional, knowledgeable, and a go getter. He represented my husband with all of his energy and might. For 2 weeks straight I don't know if he or his staff ever slept, seriously. Plus he was very helpful with supplying advice and insight for my family court case against my ex-husband who is trying to remove my children out of the country. My ex used false DCF allegations to get a restraining order on my husband as a rouse to take the kids with him saying our home was unsafe. Kevin and his team worked night and day doing discovery work and protected my husband and our little 5 month old baby by nipping this in the bud before things spiraled out of control. He went above and beyond referring us to other professionals for evaluations and tests to show my husband is not and never has been a threat to children. There is not a more thorough attorney in the area, tackling this case from every angle and leaving no stone unturned. He was available night and day.

There is no other attorney to use in the state of MA. My wife's ex-husband had filed an RO against me using false and unfounded DCF reports. We felt lost and hopeless when reaching out to other law firms in the area. Then we called Kevin, and when my wife and I first met with Kevin we walked into his office and we felt like we had an entire army on our side fighting for us. He and his team worked tirelessly doing discovery and working with other specialists (psychosexual, polygraph, etc...) to help to prove beyond reasonable doubt that I was innocent and that all the DCF allegations were false. Marian represented me in civil court to dismiss the RO and because of all the discovery they did, the judge never had to ask me or her any questions but instead was dismissed within 5min. If you are lost as my wife and I were and scared for the safety and wellbeing of your children as we were, look no further. His knowledge and experience surpasses all others.

Kevin Seaver is one of the best lawyers to have in your corner when DCF is in your life. It’s unheard of for a lawyer of his status to provide a flat rate in terms of fees for legal counsel. Doesn’t charge hourly, it’s a flat rate. If he charged hourly, he would make far more money. But it’s not about money for Kevin. He actually cares; he gives families who can’t afford attorneys the opportunity to obtain legal representation they could not ever otherwise. He truly cares about the families he works with, and takes time out of his day to always make sure he is in contact with his clients to answer any questions they have, or to provide updates. He goes above and beyond, he abides by ethics at the highest level. He is never misleading and always straightforward and upfront. He values the truth and wants to help families he represent when DCF is involved and should not be. He cares about the entire family unit, and is always kind and accommodating.

Attorney Seaver was professional, sincere and sets a new standard of excellence. When the news of an investigation came, and upon learning of the seriousness of this, life came to a halt as well as many sleepless nights when learning that the most precious gifts in my life, my grandchildren, were in jeopardy.
