Be careful giving them free reign on acquiring medical records and the cost associated with them, it can result in them getting a much larger share of the settlement. Don't sign permission that can be used over and over. There is no reason why they can't let you know when they are requesting information and the cost of it each and every time. Keep track of those expenses.
