About Mr Jason Stone

Jason D. Stone is a native Bostonian, originally from Framingham. After graduating from the Rivers School in Weston, Jason attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where he graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration. He then relocated to San Francisco to work in the finance industry before moving back to Boston to attend Suffolk University Law School. After graduating with Honors, Jason moved to New York City.

He was admitted to the Massachusetts and New York Bar in 2001 before becoming a Trial Attorney for a Midtown Manhattan law firm. In 2002, Jason returned to Boston to continue working as a trial attorney. Based on his success, he founded his own practice in February, 2004.

Since founding his own practice, Attorney Stone has been blessed with the birth of two beautiful children. It is with these children in mind that he works as hard as he can to ensure each client feels special, is treated with respect, and gets the best possible result to their legal matter.

I would like to say how glad I am to have been referred to this law firm. I was not experienced in situations that required a lawyer, and I needed to find someone trustworthy. I was kept well informed of their actions and up to date on everything and anything. I frequently received letters in the mail and phone calls, which showed me I was personally valued and just as an added perk they sent me a card on my birthday which was appreciated. My questions were all welcomed and answered, they helped me understand the entire process, and always got back to me in a timely manner. Thank you for all your work and effort.

Jason Stone and staff were instrumental in helping us obtain social security disability income for our son. They explained the process clearly and concisely, guided us through the forms, contacted his doctors, filed the paper work all in a timely manner. The process took 4 months total from beginning to end and we received benefits at the end of the fourth month. This is absolutely exceptional for anyone to get approval in this short of a time frame. All I can say is they were outstanding.
