Secretary wouldn't even let me speak to anyone until a court date was scheduled. Then would hang up on me if I called back and asked why I couldn't speak to anyone? Never received a itemized bill , when I would call and ask if I could speak to someone about paperwork I received I was told to fill it out and mail it into the lawyer so they could mail it to social security! I never received any statements they just took the money from SSDI settlement that they received it before I got mine!
We hired Andrew Couture to represent our case. He did a terrible job. He failed to collect evidence which destroyed my case. We have complained to the State Bar, won a fee-arbitration case to get our fees back, and are currently suing him for civil damages. Hire Attorney Couture at your great risk and peril. You have been warned!
I hired u for 9 months and did not like the communication.. They do not call or keep u updated on nothing. I made all the calls to ur office and complained several times about communication between us.. Will not recommend to anyone. U need to fix ur issues..
I had the unfortunate need of a lawyer and after 2 yrs of Mr.Iannella working for me I felt that he was being evasive with me and maybe had a conflict of interest but he did not seem to be interested in obtaining justice for me.
