We employed them to defend us. Their defense was terrible. In my opinion, the challenge should have been put down within 2 months of their involvement, but it, instead, escalated into a full-blown lawsuit. We brought a separate Invalidity suit against our adversary. The Judge said that my attorneys did not educate him sufficiently for him to rule on our motion. There were many other incompetencies as well. I ended up paying Eckert Seamans some $450,000 in fees.
