Very comfortable and informative
If you can win big I would recommend Dinsmore and Shohl. We didn't have a significant sum to win so we were told to walk away. We paid a retainer up front and then received a large bill after the case was closed. The bill was higher than what it should have been according to their hourly rates and charges.
Professional but expensive. the breach of contract was a very expensive litigation for a basically open and shut case. Employment contract review was excellent.
Slow to respond; let opposing counsel take lead; too many little mistakes
Wade Lawson worked on a probate case I was involved in. Another attorney was the executor. Wade was the person the executor went to when he was unsure of what he was doing. By the way was the entire length of probate that lasted almost four years. This was a simple case due to the fact there was no property, no car, and a sole beneficiary. The attorney/executor drug out the probate for his own monetary gain. I believe it's called billing hours fraud. He never made a move without consulting Wade Lawson. Due to him dragging out the case he received 15% of the deceased estate. The sole beneficiary received nothing. In one interim statement there was some 400 phone calls not to mention emails. Thanks in part by Wade Lawson who did much of the so called work. Wade was compensated for his input from the deceased estate as well. They had each others back. I can't recommend someone who would take advantage of a deceased person.
