We had a road dispute with our city. We consulted and hired TJ to help us out. TJ was so knowledgeable that the city decided they had no chance on their own and they should hire an attorney. TJ was able to nullify any option the city attorney put forth. It took two years but we with TJ’s great knowledge and expertise won the case! TJ was so great to work with very personable and caring. Be Very Careful!!!!!! Hired this firm to get money back from contractor. They (Racine Olsen) requested two different amounts, requested check to a "Mr. Loft" (that's not me), I wanted to go to court to retrieve my money but they requested a payment plan WITHOUT my consent. I brought this to their attention. They terminated my agreement and sent refund check to WRONG ADDRESS. I filed complaint with Al Gill, Idaho State Bar. Al Gill said they had the right NOT to consult with me on procedure, by law. Four months later: I FILED PRO SE (representing myself) WITH THE COURT AND GOT MY FULL REFUND BACK FROM THE CONTRACTOR WITHIN 1.5 WEEKS!!!!! Racine Olsen and Al Gill's Idaho Law couldn't even get it done!!! Racine Olsen did not communicate with me, did not use good decision making judgement, does not review their work from the attorney, office manager and staff. Thanks to Al Gill, the Judicial system is not set up to represent YOU!!!!
Lane was the worst atturney he took weeks to call back he didn’t file anything to help when he did answerphone he did nothing to help when I told him I would sue him if he lost me my inheritance he quite right when property and house where put up for sale not even getting me access to get family photos and personal letter from family and photos and our family trees that dated back to 1400 all trashed and and I was never granted access to my mother private things that my step siblings threw away birth certificates passports death certificates family jewelry sold for Pennie’s and all the while not returning my call or email form weeks as I watched things being hauled off because one sibling had power of atturney he had so many motions he could have filed granting me access complaining about fake inventory and we had witnesses proving they hauled trailors full of valuable s out of house but he did nothing he was worst atturneys I have ever seen I have seen bad ones he just didn’t care
Lane Erickson is the worst atturney I have had and I have had some bad one if you like being ignored he is your man if you like paying 300 and hour to be ignored he is you man I payed 3000 for a pre printed form he just changed names and date and he asked for a inventory from estate it two weeks to get it it was completed a month earlier he was just slow in asking for it so if like being ignored then when you lose you temper he starts crying and quits he has no balls to take criticism when he was in wrong because of his incompetence I last 400 grand of my inheritance so if you want to pay to get ignored and then lose your case go for these guys otherwise look some where else worst place ever
