Reviews for Breen, Ball & Marelius, PLLC
Have you consulted or hired this firm?
Leave a review about your experience with this firm.It would be helpful if he knew or would explain in more detail about the system after sentencing. Other than that he did did a great job.
Sean was very responsive to my case and very knowledgeable. He made sure that we were prepared for trial and in the end that paid off.
She could have worked harder, I had to do her job for her. She seems too nervous. Maybe with some practice Ashley could be decent, she lacks confidence in the court room.
This attorney was unable to accomplish in six months what a competing attorney accomplished in six days. A complete waste of time and resources.
Ashley Marelius was disappointing and the opposite of an advocate and legal confidant through my sister’s divorce and custody terms. My sister went through a very traumatic experience with her ex. Ashley Marelius did an incredible job at getting my sister’s business. She spent a ton of time the first 24 hours before we decided to hire her. Once hired, Ashley fell through in a huge way. She made some serious mistakes including telling my sister it would be totally fine to leave the state with her kids for 3 days and then went back on that conversation and blamed my sister for confusing her (we had multiple people on the call to ensure clarity). After this incident she told my sister they could never speak on the phone again and that she would only communicate to her via email. Once my sis asked her for advice and her response was “I don’t have a crystal ball so I have no idea”. My sister called her out and her response was she was feeling sassy.
I can only imagine that the positive reviews were written by himself or his family. He lives off of his military service and is quite truly, the biggest con man I know. He failed at advocating for me before our judge multiple times and seemed distracted by his high case load. To make matters worse, I was pushed to the side quite often, with my case handled by an attorney who had just finished law school. Ultimately I spent thousands of dollars only to lose more time. Pathetic
An extremely egotistical maniac who gets caught up in trying to beat the other side all while forgetting about the best interests of the case. I finally removed him as counsel after he lost a motion for reconsideration to my ex who was representing herself.
Not sure how anyone can have a positive experience with Sean. He relies on his past service to this country to keep him in the good graces of the court. He has little grasp of family law and it shows when he arrives to a hearing unprepared.
If you want an attorney to lose continuously and waste your money attempting to win pointless motions, then Breen is the man for you. When he doesn’t feel like working your case, he sends the B-Team in to make an appearance for him. I finally was able to win my case against someone pro se by hiring another attorney.
