If you’re considering Anastasia Mahone as a guardian ad litem, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Her incompetence and lack of diligence in my custody case caused irreparable harm to my family. Her failure to conduct a thorough, unbiased investigation allowed the father, a man with multiple domestic violence convictions, to fraudulently gain custody of my children. One egregious act was allowing him to take a SASSI lifetime evaluation only six months after a prior one, dismissing earlier findings by saying “that was then, this is now.” She also “somewhat” confirmed false claims he made without proper follow-up, enabling deception. She disregarded HIPAA and domestic violence protection laws, attempted to violate my rights as a survivor, favored the fee-paying father, ignored clean drug tests, and allowed my daughter to remain with a man who concealed her molestation for over a year.
I say Pass on this firm, hired Tina ElFadel , her only legal defense was to dismiss , she did not! This law firm cannot be trusted in my opinion, They had no right to add my signature on private documents to the docket but they did, in a grand scheme of fraud my signature was in the wrong hands unnecessarily, it had no business on the docket .
South Florida being the 3rd highest litigation place in the united states, parental alienation is a thriving business and Anastasia Mahone is one of the corrupt individuals who bank on this travesty to further her career over the detriment of families. Her extreme leftist political views, by nature, pose a threat to traditional family structure, while her position gives her authority to override the law and make unlawful recommendations if that suits her compromised moral values.
