Phil Schwartz promises everything and delivers nothing but takes as much as possible The night before my divorce hearing he called to tell me the Judge hates me and my case; I told him to discontinue only to find out afterwards that there was a prevailing party clause and I got hit with paying my ex's attorneys fees (little fact he left out). I realized I got played, he just wanted what he could get out of me then mislead me so he could discontinue. Also the office is a disorganized train wreck.
I really trusted Phil especially when he bragged how he won millions on his last case; dont trust him now; he took good money after bad; told me the judge "hated me and my case" and that I need to capitulate; forgot to tell me Idd get hit with attorneys fees on prevailing party clause. In hindsight I have to say the only thing he has is a good pitch and unless you have millions to burn Idd stay away. Office is completely disorganized and he could actually care less about anyone; He has one goal; line his pockets at your expense
Beware, Philip Shwartz reported under investigation with Florida Bar. For overcharging and fraudulent charging the client ACAP 23-5455 He does not do the work himself, he sends his associates like Anne Hinds to destroy the cases. He just sits in his office and sends the charges. He does not care about the client. Also Broward's case pending against him COSO-22007397
Dishonest and lack of compassion. After retained he stopped answering my calls. The results of my divorce were horrendous.
Very unprofessional and extremely dishonest. This firm Promised to help me with my paternity case , instead I was directed to file my own motions
Phillip is a parasite in the court system. Wasting our resources. He over charged and under delivered when it came to my divorce case. Even had me file some of my own motions for a discount. Burned over 6500$ before switching to a better firm.
