As a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Marital and Family Law, Ms. Wyda concentrates her practice in all areas of marital and family law, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, post-judgment enforcement and/or modification, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Ms. Wyda is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, an organization comprised of the top family lawyers in the country. She served as President of the Palm Beach County Bar Association from 2021-2022. She is also a member of the Florida Bar’s Family Law Section, serving as the Chair of the Marital and Family Law Review Course from 2024-2025 and previously serving on the Executive Council and as Chair of the Publications Committee from 2015-2017 and Co-Chair of the CLE Committee from 2011-2013. Hired Attorney

I hired Julia for my divorce and found it to be a horrible experience. She was always so rude to me, and never felt like she was on 'my side'. Very negative and definitely not uplifting. Actually, honestly - I found her to slightly gas-light me at points. I would hire someone else if I got a 'do-over'.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
