This law firm handled the settlement for our home sale. As the sellers, we depended on them to have all paperwork completed and ready to go for settlement. Our settlement has now been delayed five days - and counting - because the firm's staff neglected to ask for a payoff amount from our lender until after the settlement date! Every day is costing us and the buyers money. They claim that someone on staff "had Covid" and that they got too busy. We get nothing but excuses. Mr. Wideikis is the attorney of record for this case, and he bears responsibility to retrain his staff to serve clients appropriately and minimize their own exposure.
