Jim Witteman, my attorney, petitioned the court to reinstate my drivers license. His expertise made it very easy to contend with and the outcome was satisfactory.
Paid lindsey waits $3,200 in 2016 just for her to NOT SHOW UP FOR COURT 3 TIMES!!! Sent her associate Mr witteman, who knew nothing about my case. At the 3rd hearing i was cornered into making a decision or threatened to pay my ex's court costs. It was a complete disaster! I've waited 7 years to write this review because I didn't want to say anything out of anger. I still feel the same way about this "attorney". Please DO NOT waste your time or money for legal representation that doesn't even take the time to show up for your important court date!
Lindsay started off strong but, is quickly dropping the ball. She doesn't communicate with her clients, won't answer emails, lies about completing tasks when they're not and after a year and thousands of dollars, has never sent an itemized statement. It's truly upsetting and it's disgusting. There are so many attorneys to choose from and even when you think you're going with the right one, she's not. Step up your game Lindsay.
I love how you obviously sat and wrote your own 5 star reviews. It makes you look how you truly are though - pathetic. Now, if you would just put some of that energy into your clients, you may get somewhere - And by that, I mean with the case, not them.
Lindsey is unprofessional and money hungry!!! The case lasted 2 years because she kept having personal/health issues. She wouldn’t communicate when opposing counsel sent relevant emails. Typically took over a week for her to respond and when you’re children are the main concern, this is an ISSUE!!! Would’ve gotten a better deal if I stuck with what we agreed upon in mediation, but she was on a cash grab and encouraged me to fight. 1,000% do NOT recommend!!
You’ll want better for yourself. This isn’t the one, hon. She will have her you billed for 2 hours while she figures her log in for 30 minutes and talks about her cars and step children’s soccer schedule for the other 30 minutes of that billable hour, swear to God! Not to mention the actual animosity encountered by her and her staff of various degrees of equal ineptitude. There were day old crumbs on the table where we had a scheduled meeting for weeks in advance; basic hygiene and then tried to negotiate without me present on things we were actually discussing for the first time! Don’t do it, GAL!!!!
She only cares about money she doesn’t care about right or wrong… if you’re looking for an attorney, who cares pass up this one, she will probably win your case but she has no morals Any woman who would help a man
