I was very concerned to get legal council, Joe Ross assured me that that he and his staff would assist me with all questions during this difficult time.His office staff I feel, went above and beyond to answer all questions.I called several times with concern,letters and legal documents that I had received and the office staff either answered the phone and answered my questions or returned my call and answered my questions immediately. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney or office staff

Mr Ross made sure I had everything I needed to complete my process. He was very professional and courteous to my needs and the job was done so fast I had no worries about anything that I had to get for him. Very wonderful to have the feeling of not having to worry about what I had to get or do. He made sure it was a very easy process for me

Mr.Ross helped me through a traumatic and embarrassing situation. My husband left me and my children. We were left with all the debts, etc. Mr. Ross helped me with the process of the relieving heavy burden I was left with by filing bankruptcy. He answered all my questions and responded quickly to any additional questions I had. He made a bad situation better by providing such great service.

The best thing about hiring Joe to represent us was his knowledge of the law. He made us feel relaxed and explained all our options to us. I appreciated the fact his staff was always willing to help the moment I called. If I had a question or concern it was dealt with in a swift manner. Mr. Ross was professional and explained things in a down to earth manner. We talked several times in person and via email before I payed him any money which enabled me to make an informed decision and to be comfortable with that decision. He always got back with me in a timely manner when I was emailing him with questions. I would recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
