My case was extremely difficult. Almost 10 years and insurance company filed bankruptcy. I will say Sean Oswald worked with me and stayed with me many times when I wanted to quit. I lost my house and my wife's death totally wiped me out. But we did finish it and Sean's help with the loan company was great. I wish them all the best in the future. Sorry thing is, if the insurance company wasn't playing politics, I would have had my surgery and been back to work. I had another attorney at the time, but don't do workmen's comp. Period, people. Good attorneys. Terrible system you have to fight.

It was a painless experience. They provided all the information I needed to collect to proceed with the bankruptcy. I felt like we had to do a lot of their work though. I thought the price was a little high for all the work I had to do myself.
