Not great communicators. Don't explain the what and why, just tell you what to sign. If you are looking for counseling or someone to meet an emotional need, look elsewhere. If you are looking for someone to fill in the paperwork, this is for you.

Absolutely worst law firm I have ever dealt with!! Went in for bankruptcy and paid retainer immediately even though I explained it may take a bit to get everything actually ready to file but wanted to be prepared and have any fees taken care of while I had the funds to avoid any issues at a later time. Later on in the year my mother passed away and left me an inheritance that left me unable to file bankruptcy as I had the funds to make arrangements going forward. The attorney I spoke with was very friendly and said if bankruptcy wasn't an option anymore they could issue a refund..I wanted a few months as instructed to give time for them to process the refund..then when reaching out to followup I kept getting a receptionist who would take a message and ensure a callback but none would ever come. This continued for 6MONTHS!! 2 -3 calls a week with not 1 return phone call. Finally after 6mo they issued a refund for less then half of what we paid and gave attitude when asking any question

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
