Jonathan Fisher is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He was nice when I first spoke to him and said he will help me through the process. At one point, he actually told me to call another lawyer for advice because he didn't know what he was doing. I called him multiple times and he never answered or called me back.. His voice mail was full so I couldn't leave a message. He rarely responded to my texts trying to find out what was going on with my case. He seemed very disorganized. He continued my trial multiple times with no explanation. The first time was because he was unprepared on the court date. He was late every time. He was 50 minutes late for the final court date. I was actually called up and had to tell the judge he was running late. He claimed that he sent a letter the day before, but the judge was not aware of this. This just shows that he put my case on the back burner, it wasn't important once he took my money... He seemed to have no idea what was going on.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Friends and other attorneys pay each other back by writing positive reviews for each other. Fisher's firm gave my case to another firm and she lost my case. They thought they did a great job. Hell I probably could have done a better job myself. Virginia is a terrible state to drive in. the state patrol sucks. I won't drive in the state anymore. I will drive around it. they lose my money. I always stayed over night there. Paid there tolls. I always ate there and filled my tank up. To sum it up they suck like the state.

Read the reviews. Most of the positive reviews are written by other Attorneys and he returns the favor by writing them a positive review back.

This attorney was paid in full, then continued my traffic case, then did not tell me when the case was reset for, then did not show up in court, and did not notify me of the verdict. I only found out through a letter in the mail saying my drivers license was suspended for a ticket going 88 in a 65mph. I had a good driving record, a policeman who said he would recommend driving school and the ticket reduced or dismissed. The clerk of the court told me no one appeared on my behalf.
