I worked on a lease dispute issue with Mr. Jackson. I was very nervous about the whole situation but he was quick to put my mind at ease and provide me with very good legal advise. I used Joel to contest a Reckless Driving charge for going 88 in a 70 mph zone. In Virginia, this can be a very serious charge with possible jail time and a misdemeanor conviction on your record. I was very very concerned and Joel helped to put me at ease and made me confident in his abilities. I talked to him a few times before my court date and each time I hung up confident in his knowledge and abilities. He had the charge reduced to defective equipment . I am totally satisfied!
