Damian is a founding partner of Larson Latham Huettl LLP, one of North Dakota's largest law firms. The firm's partners have several decades of legal experience to help tackle the most complex issues facing its clients. Because of his community connections and desire for improvement, Damian is regularly called upon to serve on various community groups and boards. Most recently, he served on the City of Mandan's Beautification Committee as its chairperson. He also recently served on the City of Mandan's Leadership, Pride, and Image committee. He is also the president of the Mandan Baseball Club, Inc., which funds and conducts operations for all of Mandan's youth baseball and softball from ages 7-18. Finally, Damian also spends many hours as a volunteer youth baseball, football, and basketball coach. Damian is a frequent speaker before various community, business, and government groups on the topics of estate planning, retirement, and elder law.
